You’ll probably want to get 2-3 quotes from different companies to ensure you’re choosing the right one for you and your move. Free Personalised Quote
We will visit your home, arrange a video call or you can send us a video to help us assess your needs. You will receive your detailed quote within 48 hours along with useful information to help you make your decision.
Secure Your Date
Before exchanging contracts, reach out to your Move Manager to confirm availability for your proposed moving date. Once exchanged, (breathe a sigh of relief!) and we will secure your booking, ensuring a dedicated team is reserved just for you.
The Big Day

Unpacking And Settling In
If you like, we can also unpack your items, placing them exactly where you want, and even dismantle and reassemble furniture if you need it.

Preparing For Your Move
Declutter before your move to save time, space, and stress. Sort your items into keep, recycle, sell, or donate. You’ll be amazed at how liberating it feels to let go of things you no longer need. This not only reduces what you need to pack but also gives you a fresh start in your new home!
On The Day
Pack an Essentials Box for moving day! Include must-haves like a kettle, mugs, tea, coffee, biscuits, toilet roll, cleaning supplies, phone chargers, and any important documents. Having these essentials within easy reach will keep you prepared and stress-free while settling into your new home.
Packing Materials and Boxes
When you book with us, we’ll provide all the boxes and packing materials you’ll need. You can start packing at your own pace, and after the move, simply arrange for us to collect the materials, or you can drop them back to us. On moving day, we also bring wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes, allowing you to move items directly without packing and unpacking—a huge time saver!
Packing Options
Whether you prefer to pack yourself or would like us to handle it, we’re here to help. We’re happy to offer quotes for both options, so you can choose what’s best for you. With our expert packers, you can trust that each item will be protected with the utmost care, particularly delicate or valuable belongings.
Label Smart
Write clearly on the tape or stick on labels, which room each box belongs to and a quick idea of its contents. It’ll make unpacking easier for you and help us get everything in the right place straight away!
Moving Plants
Hold off on watering your plants a day or two before the move. Dry soil is lighter and less messy, making it easier to transport your greenery safely to your new home!
To Empty or Not?
You can keep lightweight items, like clothing, in your chest of drawers to save time and space. Just ensure drawers are secure, and avoid leaving anything breakable or heavy inside. If you’re not sure, just ask us during the quote, and we’ll advise on what’s best.
Handling Large or Fragile Items
For large, valuable, or fragile belongings, we take every precaution to ensure they’re safe in transit. Our team has extensive experience with delicate items, from grand pianos to antique furniture. On moving day, we bring specialised blankets, and protective covers for TVs, mirrors, and furniture, so everything arrives at your new home in perfect condition.
Caring for Your Grandfather Clock

Timing and Schedule
If you opt for our packing service, we’ll usually arrive 1-2 days before the move to pack everything up and prepare for loading. On moving day, we’ll be there early and ready to work within the timeframes that suit you best.
